The document profile option in the pulldown menu [click the small arrow and you'll see a list of options] at bottom left of the Photoshop interface shows the embedded ICC profile as 'sRGB IEC61966-2.1 (8bpc)'. It also opened with no issues in Apple Preview app. Sep 07, 2020.
